i guess kimmi sometimes forgets just who her girl is – of course she´s buddies with the local boss.
Of course ancient beings know each other. After a couple decades to a hundred years or so, I am pretty sure they get tired of the formalities like anyone else. Also Laila could probably be informal with any vampire seeing as she is their origin. It’s like having a whole bunch of kids and using their full name is only for when they are in trouble.
