Social and employment relations within the Gazprom Group are governed by Russian labour law, the general agreement signed by Russian trade unions, employers` organizations and the government, the industrial agreement for the oil and gas industry and the construction of oil and gas facilities, collective agreements and other local regulations of Gazprom Group organisations. Workers are not required to participate in collective bargaining because negotiations are conducted by the union and the employers` organization. Finnish legislation does not impose a minimum wage. Minimum wages are set in sectoral collective agreements. In addition, collective agreements are used to reconcile, for example, the reasons for employment policy, wage increases and rules for hours of work, overtime, weekend holidays and evening and weekend work. A new collective agreement was signed in July of this year, affecting companies active in the storage and distribution of petroleum products. Collective agreements are one of the most important benefits of unions. Collective agreements have improved many legal conditions that affect the status of workers. The terms and conditions of the collective agreement must apply to all employees in the industry, whether they are unionized or not.

The system works as long as the number of members is large enough. The general application of the collective agreement may be lost. The alternative is a normally binding collective agreement that binds only the contracting parties. There is no new collective agreement for CMO members yet. Please read the collective agreement and the agreement made below. The chapter`s management appoints, upon request, the members of the management of the chapter`s executive association. The right to the GLPC for members of the association`s directors general is defined in the Pessocial Constitution and statutes. Other general meetings may be convened by the chapter`s management.

The group`s social policy aims to ensure relations between workers and employers. The nominating committee lists candidates who have agreed to stand for election to the general meeting of members. Ballot papers are sent to each member no later than sixty days before the chapter`s general meeting or sent to their last known address. The date on which the ballot is returned precedes the chapter`s general meeting. The seven candidates with the most votes are elected to the executive of the chapters. Newly elected executives take over the Board at the end of the chapter`s general meeting in odd years. The Nominating Committee draws up a list of candidates who have expressed a willingness to run for the executive function of the chapter. Nominations may be submitted to the nominating committee by any GLPC member. Each member appointed by three members of the GLPC may stand for election to the Executive Chapter. The right to GLPC for congressional delegates is consistent with Article III of the PEA Constitution and the statutes.
